Some days I the only person who takes the rubbish to the skip, I think that is unfair to expect others to  do this, even if it is me.
It might seem silly, but the more the people I work with, do not want to take it to the skip, the more I do not want to do it, too.
Still in some way it was better than yesterday, maybe I am just too slow.
Maybe I am wrong,

The RMT strikes on  Train Operating Companies has been suspended, as now there will be two weeks of negotiations, with the aim of tabling formal proposals, which will benefit all slides.

I am worried about Network Rail, this is not a simple subject, and it too easy to see cost cutting as the main aim, and forget about the side affect of this aim, which can cost a lot more, even more than money when it affects you, your family, friends, etc.
With Railtrack, we had loss of life incidences, due to devalue of the work of maintenance of track, S&T, things that customer do not see, but when they go wrong.

It is easy to for some to say that the RMT or other trade unions do not want to modernise, move forward, just want Railtrack did, but both sides need to negotiate, talk and understand each other sides.
The staff are not the enemies, the customer is not too, we need to understand each other needs, why each side might not agree, and everyone to have a voice, with respect, even if we disagree.
My writing is not very good, I wish it was better, I could lie and think it was, still the leadership of the RMT, who had to overcome the same problems in life that I feel I have had, are so articulated in expressing the needs of the membership and the working class, that so many others like to ignore.
I think the Trade Union movement have done a great job in expression the needs of the memberships, which give me hope for the future.

I had breakfast πŸ₯£ and coffee at Queen of Iceni before work, with two cups of coffee.
