Talking to myself

Prices are going up now in a big way, price of oil and gas, food, and other things, because of what is going on at a international level, but it feel like in UK has more badly affect by what has been going on at Westminster, and in my opinion how badly this government is running things?

This has led to demand from many people to keep the value of they wages, many of whom might of not had pay rise in the past few years?

This of course need to be negotiable, but this government says working class people are getting too much now, as MP gave themselves a pay rise.

My Dad was a Train Driver on British Railways, now I think he was paid too little vs other job like his, opinión of course, but since privatisation to stop trade union being so "powerful", they have gain  a lot with negotiating better pay, this might not have been part of the Conservative plan but they actions had led to this, they made a market led wage rises because Train Driver job is needed, and them pay rates reflect that.

I get told Bus Driver do not get the same as Train Driver, I have read 📖 other opinion, even from people inside our own government and some MP, that Nurses get less than Train Drivers?

Well if your a MP, bring up how NHS Nurses which for years have been limited to 1% pay rise by the government your are in (with other NHS & Public sector workers ) to pay them more, and not blame other workers.

If your a government minster or PM, why are you blaming others for wanting more from life or just the same, I have not voted for your government that has promoted blame or other for your own mistakes.

I see and read that many Bus companies are facing strike actions because of low pay, this has also led to a shortage of bus drivers too?

Still there is a opinion that working class jobs, what ever the rate of pay, is too much, and we think other get too much, than putting the blame where it should be.

This is not a simple answer, debate need to be done, but a start we need a better government in Westminster, that put people first, and not play this blame game and breaking agreements they had won the 2019 election on with the EU.

Sadly it seem we have a Summer of strikes, this is not cause by Trade Union, but a strong opinion that many working class people are paid too much, public sector was paid too much and they need cutting down, on the same job that during 2020 Covid, many  was called "Key Workers".

Some people in the NHS, and others lost they lives just doing they jobs, which are now said by our own government as costing too much, as they give themselves a pay rise.
