Just thinking to myself

 Since the 1980. Local Government, Local Council's and other Government Dept have been outsourcing to the lowest price, to cut costs?

It is said that outsourcing by the private sector is better organised, but another part is wages and contract with staff, the workers doing the work, getting this lower.

But why would people vote for this when it will affect them, well no one do, until it has? even then as long as it affect others in more bad way?

I seen the bad affect of outsourcing many time, in my Council Home, on the roads around me, in the area I live.

Is being in house better? I do not know, but motivation by lower wages and worst term and condition of employment that the workers have no say or sometimes  find hard to find out about, and have very little say or no say at all, is not the best way to get more out of the workers.

Outsourced companies need to get contracts on the lower prices with Councils, the work is not checked very well, and sometimes cost more, because the faults need fixing latter, the saving are lost?
