I was on Locals today, each train has a plan what it going to do, a diagram, like the staff, there is a lot of planning in running a railway, but when I say this to other I work with, they tell me I am wrong?

No one know, it can of course change from the planning, due to delays , faults, delays, and unlimited many other reasons, that I could try to list, but will fail myself.

Still there is a a aim, with timetables, and everything else, thought of in advance, even if many days things go wrong.

I am sure, what I feel when thing go wrong, 💩 , is felt by other staff who do not know what is going on, when our communication fails, and our customer too, it is very easy to blame and feel angry, but harder to find solutions, or ones that we find easy to do?

I took all my rubbish that I had collect to the skip, myself, I do not just leave it for others, it is a job that I am paid to do? 

If I can help others, then I will try, but not when they demand it by they actions, and not in they words.

I just feel a little bitter, in some way I had a easy day, in other ways, I did not, I do not like feeling that I been used by others who lie.
