I am sure I have watched this before, and each year, the debate on mental health seems more logically and the problems of the past are the past?
Still the problems keep going, may be not as bad as it used to be, still far from a society that understand, plus funding of Mental Health services, seem to be more easy when covering up the problems, than may be understanding ?
