I think I get very negative sometimes, may be too many times, 

after work, I went to the Queen of Iceni, had a 3ox American burger and chips, with coffee £6:71.
Norwich City FC are playing at Carrow Road, Middlesborough, K.O at 19:45, so it was very busy, but getting busy, lots more staff on, 

After I had that, I went to Norwich Thorpe railway station, to get Evening Standards from 1P40, due to arrive at about 17:20, but another cleaner got three Evening Standard for me. 
That was very helpful.

I seem to moan about thing, well more easy to notice, but good thing people do, it sadly too easy to forget about.
I should try to think about the good and may be I feel less bitter, which harms me as well as anyone around me.
