I seem to be a bit stressed out both shifts, I do not think the work is hard, but ?
It is easy to get away with not doing much, but if one person do not do it, someone else will get more work latter? I do not think it fair to think other should do my work ?
I also think it unfair for other to think I should do they work.
If we work as a team, then we should help each other and value each others actions.
People in leadership roles should lead by example, and motivate others that this is the best way, but if they say "do as I say, not as I do", then they motivated others to do things in the wrong way?
Our words should match our actions?
