When the barrow from the last shift is left full of trash bags, when the wipes are not filled up, when there are no bin liners on the barrow, when someone who doing the litter , just takes the tope trash from the bins, and leave then half full, when toilet tissue or soap have not been top up, etc, etc.

The next person or shift, got more to do, sometimes when the train is late, or short notice changes, well it can not be helped, but there are ways to cut that down.

Keeping the barrow topped up with supplies all the way in the shift, not just the last minute.

Keep the amount of trash in the barrow low by emptying it when got enough time, not standing around, can help.
