Rubber Soul complex

I been to Rubber Soul, it large bar, with King John, Eric's, and another bar.

When I went in Eric's, I see a glass and looked up, and see what is writing about in this, which I did not notice, this being North Western Railway warehouse, 1888. 

Then I went to The Graps, and on my phone was a link to a story of a unused building that hope they turn into a hotel and bars ? but I was thinking, well it is a bar ? four bars ? 

The other side of the building look more empty and windows boarded up, but there is a nightclub  there ? 

Landmark building decaying for years could become new city ...
