I had a blocked toilet on 745001 1P56, I unblocked it easy, so that saved a lot of time, I done the toilets before, so could miss a few things now, when I needed to, so cut a little time, to get to platform 4A.

I had to move very fast, I was a little slow, I cleaned the small toilet first, on 755407, then the bigger toilet was being used, someone else was waiting for the bigger toilet, I ask them to use the small toilet, that they had not notice, the big toilet looked like someone clean they football boots in the sink, the bin was full, need toilet paper? done, a little badly, limited time, then I done a very bad litter pick up and empty bins, all by 20:45, well I got to platform 6 by 20:45, to do 20:58 to Lowestoft toilets only this time.

I should of change every single bag on 755407 for 20:45 to Great Yarmouth, could I have done that, of course not, it takes time, did I plan that, I got no say in this matter.

I did not clean the cabs, but cleaning is so easy, may be I should just walk around as slow as I can, may be I gain more respect ,?  Them bins was full, and that train left, most of the trash had gone.

If we want cleaner trains, then put more resources into it, may be make less rubbish, in the first place, design better bins, that are more easy to use and empty, but I am going off subject, as no one cares until it affects them.

May be I am just insane, or deluded and made everything up, still I need to come up with reason and may be even plans to make this better for the future, or understand why I can not.

I said all this, as I feel anger, but the more anger I feel, will not fix anything, I need to put this into words, that others understand, and give a message that can correct the problems I see, or I need to understand why I am wrong. 

The big thing I do not agree with, I need fear to make me work harder or do more, I need to understand what is wanted from me, I need reason why I need to do it, and I need to know how to do it?

When I do my work well, it give me value in life, give me a reason , when I pay for good and services, I feel that I done my role and got that money for good reason, to pay for others to help me.
