I got this view point, if someone asked for me to do something, then I will try, if they order me to do it, making me feel like I did not want to do it in the first place, then I try not?

It is silly, it just inside my own brain, I need motivation to do anything, to also give the rest of my body.

People get payed to work, but if they do not have the right motivation at work, and understand they own job, then they do other things, like play games on mobile phones, text, what You Tube video, read the news, or may be do more work? Without leadership, then it is a lottery what happens?

Some people have more motivation, when they feel they job, duties are part of a bigger picture, still if they told they job is worthless, do not mean anything, then may be they act on them lines?

Why is leadership so hard, well some of us, find it hard without reason to find motivation, and to give that to others, is even more hard, to reason with someone who might not want to do anything, so they need better leadership to give them reason for that?

This might sound silly, may be just fear would do it, still they can lie, and not do anything when alone?

Which is why motivation is needed, for them to check they own work, and make themselves do the right thing, well what is needed, more training , so they know the right way, and why they job is needed, the affect of what can go wrong, if they can not, or even do not want to?
