In 1979 this BBC story see the future of working from home, but until Covid 19 and the lockdowns' that many of us had seen, may be this could of been done, but many offices had keep up with the new working conditions, things did change.
Now, most of us have a computer, camera, phone, dairy, GPS map, video camera, etc etc, that is more powerful than the computers in 1979, with the mobile phones we carry around?
Something I do not think anyone was thinking about then, as it was mostly about the home.
Well apart from if you see it in Start Trek, but even then that was a little different, may be the future still?
