Is this Britain's best Regional Express train?

This video shows the Class 159 DMU, but they nearly the same as 158 DMU, which I traveled on, a lot , the last two years, going from Norwich, to Liverpool Lime Street, I used to use them a lot in the 1990's, when I travel a lot between Norwich and Nottingham, the toilets are not great, the Air Con fail when it too hot, but they got better with time, and when everything working, are quite good.
