Customers are asked NOT TO TRAVEL from Ipswich to Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough in both directions.

* Because of trees on the overhead wire there are currently no trains running between Ipswich and Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough.

[21:29, 02/01/2024] Michael Noël Turner: There are currently multiple overhead wire tripping caused by high winds and trees coming into contact with the overhead overhead wire in the Needham Market area..

As a result, we are unable to run train services from Ipswich to Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough.

It seem to be a normal day, till cleaning the 18:00 Norwich Thorpe to London Liverpool Street train, on platform 4, all the customer got on this train, some a little early, as it was late in, after it dept time, but I did write the time it did arrive. Then it just stayed there, I was going to check toilet tissue, just to top it up, I did top it up, as we was told, it might not go back out again? till latter.

It just stayed there, the next train into platform 2, was moved to Low Level, the train drivers, and other staff seem to know about it, and got on, as soon as it came in, but many staff did not know, normal for this place.

It was cleaned latter, not that it matter much?
