Well if it is a lot, then they get no one to pay it, if it is little, then too many?

When I went in, it was warm outside, so in a leather jacket, a bit dressed for the cold, but when I went out after, I needed that.

My feet are a little sore, lol

Pain is not something that give me motivation, some people think fear can, but I need to understand the world around me.

I was a bit busy, may be because of my own mistakes, but I want to try my best, and will do if I am happy.

If I know and can understand why a job needs to be done, then I try my best to do it.

May be I am wrong in thinking that way?

I change what I am talking about.

When I was in Tenerife, I went to a Golden Beach restaurant, the big draw for me, Dorada for €1, but it not like a bar or just for drinking, the feeling is, you need to get food too? and that is a draw to spend time there, as long as you eat, because they do not make money to pay wages and cost on one euro pints.

I also was drinking at The Travellers Rest, had service at the table, I was drinking Dorada in this more pub, bar, and the price was a little higher, sill very cheap, more so, as again at table service, staff was very busy, etc, so for me, it was great.

At the Hard Rock Cafe in Tenerife, Las Americas, Dorada was €4:95 a pint, and I still love it, may it was the building, may be it was the service, etc, but the drink was the same?

But I payed nearly five times the price of Golden Beach restaurant , did I like it better, both I love for they own reasons, the food was different, one was Italian, and the other, more American with a building that more Roman style.

I love a cheap price, still we need to pay a price that is fair, to try to mix it up, so feeling it is cheap, or a fair price may be better, as they get enough customers to reward the restaurant and staff for they work, with paying for they costs.

I am talking from a customer point of view, but the staff and restaurants all have they own, and we need to keep each other happy? 

It might sound silly, but when I was in Tenerife, and going there, I seen a lot of people, working who was very motivated, some of them working very long hours, doing the best they can, and I was just amazed by them, I know I could not do the same.

So to put it back on point, as much as I want to do more today, I do not think I did.

Feedback is very important , so is understanding and learning what can be done better, in a truthful way?
