I went for a walk, after work, done another ten to 11,000 steps, to get over 20,000, my feet was a little sore after, I could not walk anymore, in my own view, lol silly me, my legs agree, with my feet, and are overruling my brains ego. 

I done 18,000 by 07:00 Friday morning, today I done 20,000 by 05:30.

That the best I can do, but other done better, well I am very happy with how I did, but I not going to win anything, just keep try to do better,
