I only done , just about 9,000 steps from midnight to end of shift, 04:30, so went for a walk after, Thorpe Road, then Harvey Lane, past Aldi, keeping on Ring Road to Sprowston Road, and past another Aldi.

I did think about going till B1150, but my feet was getting a little sore, plus my legs, silly me.

So past the Brewery Tap, The Stanley, Magdalen Street, Tombland, and then King Street, and home, by this time, I just done 20,000 steps.

This afternoon, I walk to Aldi , Hall Road, done some shopping, walked home, vis Hall Road, getting a chicken curry and fried rice £7:40, and at home, I seen I done 26,000.
