This was first time I got a room on 6th floor, so only M floor, I never had a room on, this was small vs all the other room, apart from one.
There was some thing wrong, the roof, celling seem to falling in, at main lobby and entryway, workmen was about this, was water coming out, when I first went past, but that was closed, the Wave bar was closed, and enter was by side Brownlow Hill, first time I used that, Reception was in the main hall, on a desk.
It seem everything was being set up, but everything seem to work.
Since War Bar was closed, the Terrace Bar was being used, and I notice Derby Room was open, but did not use it.
Jenny's was still being used, using another side access to the building.
The lifts was working, but latter they did cover up G floor, so to M floor, for exit.
I think the same day, they was try to get a licence to have Boxing matches and other things there, and be open till 2am.
My room , 632, seem to have a new toilet, and the bathroom was one of the best I seen in the hotel, even if a little on the small side, so had a bit of work done, TV remote looked now "All in One" with battery cover still on it, and worked a older LG TV.
Everything was ok with the room.
