Some information about the trains started to run on Norwich Thorpe to London Liverpool Street, and the other way, I only found out because I seen it on the PIS, customer information screens, then looking at my work phone.
I was told the wrong information by two other people on 1P56 18:30 London Liverpool Street to Norwich thorpe was coming out, to be clean at Depot, it showed on my work phone it was 1P71 21:00 Norwich Thorpe to London Liverpool Street, I ask the crew who come on the train, they thought it was, so I ask Customer Services, not sure, until the Supervisor.
It was very packed train with lots of customers, but lucky not as much trash?
Still getting the wrong information is and can be bad, well train might not be cleaned, if I just took some people word for it.
May be I just moaning too much, everything seem to work out ok, even if I did not know the correct information, and sometimes it feel some people just make up stuff? May be I made all the above up, who knows? Well not one if they never check?
