I did find it hard to plan today, for my own work, how can I work out how I can do more, when I am not told the right information?  Sometimes to get me to do more, as other might do less, then still I feel guilty for not doing more?

I had a sore throat , the morning I spent my last night at Adelphi Hotel, and I got my room at 30 James Street, the other side of the road from this Weatherspoons.

I did plan to seem more of the building of 30 James Street, but ended up feeling sorry for myself in beed, wish I could drink something that would help me to feel better.
