The Ford Anglia 105E was the Genesis of Ford's British Success

"My Dad had a Ford Anglia, and had Ford after, I think he had a Fiat before, which was he first and only new car?
My Dad always thought as Ford as British, I did not share that view, but many thing America are seen as British, may be because of the use of English, or a version of it, used in the USA, it more easy for English to ignore the USA other links to many parts of all of Europe, not just our own.

Ford done very well in the UK, Henry Ford did know the market, even if some of his opinions we might not agree with (well IMHO, some will), if you look at Ford just for the cars, it was great, and still is popular, but none of us are perfect. "
