Now posting this on Monday night at 23:02, a little late.

The train was far more clean than going into London Liverpool Street, I wonder why.

I was once told, that not only me, but no one in Norwich every put toilet paper in trains toilets when they in Norwich, a massive claim to make, even before Covid.

I could say the other way round, that London Liverpool Street are saving toilet paper? To fix this problem, need to understand why, than just say our own point of view.

I used to deliver toilet paper to Norwich Station, they used a lot of paper, and still do, but it not cleaners that use it, it our customers, who do nature things in our toilets, that we all need to do, unless we are very ill, and even then we can do more or none, not good, just we need all need toilet paper, well unless we got a better way? 

Now for a very long time, I have thought how we look at toilets in the UK, is wrong, public toilets are seen as a cost that need to be cut, people have been misuse them for many different reasons, so we got toilets that are not fit to use, and far from our shared needs?

Some people need motivation and reasons to do they job, our customers / public need to be motivated  not to misuse shared toilets, that we all use, how we do that, it up for debate, we all got a role and say in this, our actions are one way, and understanding the affect of them, is another. 

I feeling a little silly talking about toilets, may be I think about them too much.

I used to clean toilets in CNS, school in the late 1990's, and I would use toilet paper, soap and hand towels , fill the 6th form and Technology Black up, two rolls per toilet dispenser, new soap on wash basin, and paper hand towels to dry hands, when I cleaned others areas, it seem to be toilets always seem to be out of toilet paper, the bars of soap seem super small and old, no paper hand towels? 

I never did understand the other staff, I was told that people would misuse them, well how can they if they got nothing to use?

I worked for the Council, but in a company that was outsider it? They was mean, as they needed to cut cost, to keep the contract, still toilet paper, soap, paper hand towels, was under another budget, and we could use what we want, still they limited it use for reason I could not understand.

Bin bags, Vacuum cleaners bags, mop heads, wipes, etc, came under the cleaning company, who was mean, but I just did not understand why they was mean with the toilets.

May be I was wrong, not like many people agree with me, from memory, I do not think anyone cared, or would say that? 

I do think cleaning is important subject, and to fix it when it is going wrong, need to understand why than to blame the weakest link?
