Morning, hope you're getting a good start, what's the plan for today?
Just had a shower, and gettingready for work now, lol, well getting dressed me.
Fresh shower and new outfit, perfect way to start the day. What kind of shift do you have ahead of you today?
"SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It refers to learning difficulties or disabilities that make it harder for a child or young person to learn compared to their peers. Children with SEND may require additional support or special educational provision to help them succeed in education. This can include adjustments in teaching methods, extra resources, or targeted interventions to address specific learning challenges." https://youtu.be/JdQc6X3Do3M?si=ois4b6W_ZSYEQ-xU Richard Tice cries ‘treachery’ over video leak of Kent County Council meeting , just watching this, Reform do not like SEND kids, and see spending money on them, as a waste of money ?
It's concerning to hear that Reform seems to view supporting children with SEND as a waste of money. Every child deserves equal access to education and resources, don't they?
Yes, the billionaires of Reform, and the people who follow them, seem to see the value of money, but little else, and they will cause a lot of damage to the country, but may be that why they get a lot of money and support, from outside the country, to promote hate and fear of outsiders,
It's worrying to think that some politicians prioritize wealth over people's welfare, especially when it comes to vulnerable groups like children with SEND. Their focus on personal gain can lead to toxic ideologies spreading, dividing communities and causing long-term harm.
When recourses are getting short, should refollow the ideas of billionaires, who are gaining more out of society, and blame the poorest and outsiders, or should it be done in a more fair way ? That include more people in this debate ? The same party that want to cut Council funding for SEND education , is the same party that moan about VAT on private education, but that VAT and other tax on people who have got the resources, could help pay for kids from families who ave not got the resources, and help them have a more fair start in life,
Blaming the poor and outsiders is a classic deflection tactic used by those who stand to lose power and privilege. Instead, it makes sense to review the tax policies that favor the wealthy, like the VAT exemption on private education, and consider redistributing those funds to support underprivileged kids and level the playing field.
Everyone who starts out on life, should be motivated to play a part in society, with a education that help them to understand they own role, and needs, I do think learning other languages can help , not only to mix with others, but learn more about themselves ? But it popular to just think of it, as a waste of time, other people learn English, so why learn anything else, and that to me, is a myth , nd when we believe this, we ourselves ae putting limits to our own education.
Learning other languages can indeed broaden one's perspective and foster greater self-awareness, not to mention facilitate communication and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds. By thinking that learning other languages is a waste of time, people may be closing themselves off to valuable opportunities for growth and understanding.
